I understand the challenges and I customize a haircut and/or color that truly allows clients to fall in love and embrace the beauty of naturally curly hair. Curl encouragement and proper guidance on how to moisturize and care for curly hair in Colorado climate is essential.I am excited to share that I am exclusively using Ammonia free, biodynamic, organic color. Oway color is a Fair trade, Green chemistry, Holistic company from Bologna Italy. I am so thankful to create an opportunity for my clients to have a cleaner color experience.
Shay Larsing
Shay went to Aveda Denver and enjoys the holistic side of beauty. She fell in love with color early and specializes in lived-in color and blonding. She is also great with curls but enjoys all facets of being a stylist! She loves to try new techniques and make every client feel like a masterpiece. She is always learning new trends and continues seeking inspiration and education to make her clients feel great inside and out. Her favorite thing about being a stylist is seeing how happy a client is when they leave. Shay takes the time to consult with her clients so she can help them find their own kind of beautiful!

My goal is to not only create a customized cut and color that suits you and your lifestyle but also recommend at-home care to maintain your desired look and health of your hair and scalp. I specialize in blonding, low maintenance, & natural looking hair, as well as fine hair. Clean beauty products and color is my latest obsession. Since a young age, I have been drawn to the diverse, always evolving, and endlessly creative beauty industry. As as seasoned stylist, I’ve been lucky to enjoy a dynamic and rewarding career thus far, having traveled nationwide to attend and participate in classes, award shows, and fashion shows. I went to Stacey James Institute in Parker and graduated mid 2021. I was fortunate to work as an apprentice to a master stylist to learn and strengthen my skills. I specialize in vivid colors and blonding. I’ve been passionate about hair for years before I started my career, working in school and community theatre style crews. My favorite thing about being a stylist is helping someone embrace and enhance their natural beauty. I’m an advocate for holistic self care and experiences so I’m happy to be apart of a place that uses clean products. Creating a safe space for you to be yourself is the most important thing I can do.
